Planning:

Ideas become projects. Successful projects start with a plan. Whether the idea is new construction or to improve an existing building, system or process, RMDC can assist with developing an idea into a plan that will result in a successful project. Our services include: feasibility studies, concept studies, master planning, process analyses and budget estimating.

Condition Assessments:

When budgeting a capital investment or considering the purchase or sale of a property, it is beneficial to know the existing condition of the property. RMDC can survey the property and provide condition assessment reports for the property, building, installed equipment and building systems. Our services include: site investigations, site surveys, assessment reports.

Independent Construction Document Review:

As the design of a project progresses, there are occasions when an independent review of the construction documents can be beneficial. There are also occasions where an independent review is required by contract requirements and/or a projects financial partner. RMDC has the technical knowledge and construction experience to conduct an independent 3^rd party review of a project’s construction documentation. Our services include: constructability reviews, technical design reviews and construction cost estimating.

Construction Administration Services:

Many Clients do not have the staff to oversee the technical aspects of a project’s construction. With more than 25 years’ industry experience, RMDC can provide construction phase services to address any issues that may arise during construction and to verify that construction is completed in compliance with the construction documents. Our services include: shop drawing reviews, construction site inspections and record drawing reviews.
